  1. Check Spam / Promotions.

  3. Use a different address if you’re on strict work/school filters.

Unsubscribe or change my email

Open any Shukrani email and click Unsubscribe or Manage preferences.

No email handy? Write to shukrani.tele@gmail.com with your request.

Signed up twice / duplicate entries

We automatically merge duplicates by email. If you still see two, email us and we’ll tidy it up.

Accidental typo in my address

Sign up again with the correct email. Then ping us to remove the mistyped one.

Stop all marketing emails, keep launch-only

Use the Manage preferences link in any message and untick non-essential updates.

Report a bug or suggestion

Email us with details and, if possible, a screenshot. Helpful info:

  • What you expected vs. what happened
  • Browser & device (e.g., Brave 1.68 on Xubuntu)
  • Steps to reproduce

FAQs

Will I be notified at launch?

Yes—everyone on the waitlist receives a launch email first.

Can I join the waitlist again with a new email?

Absolutely. Submit the new email on the homepage and then ask us to remove the old one.

Do you sell my email?

No. We use your email only to manage the waitlist and send Shukrani updates. See our Privacy Policy.
